The Heritage and Research Center is located on the campus of Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.

Visitors are welcome during open hours and through scheduled appointments. Use the map below for directions and campus access.

Parking Instructions

Parking is available in the main lot off Elm Street, just past the visitor center. Please display your parking permit on your dashboard and follow signs to designated visitor spaces. Overflow parking can be found in Lot C, accessible via Maple Avenue.

Archives Access - Coming Fall 2027

HARC’s collections will be accessible starting Fall 2027. Until then, our team is available by phone or email to assist with research inquiries and help identify relevant materials. Please note that advance notice is required to prepare and provide access to the collections once open.
